How can I place an order for delivery?

Online, orders can be placed 24hrs 7days a week.

Orders can also be placed in our store or calling 1300 328 308 and speaking to one of our instore florists during opening hours.

Can I place an order to collect in store?

Yes, this can be done by ordering in our store or calling 1300 328 308 and speaking to one of our instore florists or by selecting pick up option on our online order form.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, our deadline for orders for same day delivery must be placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Saturday.

What are your delivery fees?

We offer $14.95 delivery rate within a 10km radius from our shop located at 50 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000

For those who live from 10km to 20 radius from our shop delivery rate is $34.95.

Other deliveries outside this radius can vary. Please call us for more information.

What are your delivery times?

Standard delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, except for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We currently only deliver Monday through Saturday.

What if I select a date that falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday?

Any orders that have requested a date of delivery that falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the order will be delivered on the next business day.

Can I request a time for delivery?

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time due to an external courier service. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request in the best of our ability.

All orders to businesses will be delivered within business hours (up until 5pm).

Only orders going to funeral services are able to request specific delivery times.

Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

Yes, we will deliver your order on your specified date, which you can choose during checkout, providing there are no delivery problems such as an incorrect address, there is no one available to accept delivery, or there is no where safe to leave the delivery.

What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the flowers or gift will be left in a safe spot e.g., at the recipient’s front or back door if requested to do so.

Additional charges will apply for re-delivery if there is no safe place to leave the delivery.

If the order has to be re-delivered the following day, a fresh lot of flowers will need to be made up and sent out, this will require an additional 50% of the cost of the total retail value (inclusive GST).

Alcohol cannot be left if no one is home.

My delivery suburb isn't listed, what can I do?

If your suburb is not listed we may still offer delivery to that area, please call us for further information.

What if I accidentally supply the incorrect details for delivery?

Additional charges may apply to remake the flowers and arrange a re-delivery if the item(s) are delivered to the incorrect address.

Please check over all details when placing the order online making sure the full address is correct.

Can I make changes to my order?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes that may need to be made to your order with regarding change of address, card message or change of date of delivery. This is not possible if the order is already with our driver for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up until 48hrs of delivery where a full refund will be given.  If cancelation takes place within 48hrs of delivery a credit note will be issued which is valid for 6 months.
